Green Belt One Steps
1) Lt foot steps up to, or to the right of their Rt foot, Lt knife hand
circles over their arm to force it to the left followed by a Rt ridge
hand to the temple.
2) Step back with your Rt foot and immediately out to in crescent kick
with the Rt foot, Lt foot back kick/ Rt hand punch return.
3) Lt foot steps up and to the left, Rt arm out block, grab their wrist
and twist, step across with your left foot to the Rt while placing your
forearm on their arm above the elbow strike to the chest.
4) Step up with your Lt foot, Lt palm heel to their nose, pivot to the
Rt and Rt elbow strike to the chest.
5) Step back with your Rt foot, Ax block (Rt hand over Lt) grabbing their
wrist between your hands, twist, Rt front kick the Rt elbow strike to
the back.
6) Step back with your Rt foot, front kick their Rt wrist with your Lt
foot, Step down and side kick with Rt foot.
