GUP GREEN BELT Meaning: Growth Testing
Requirements
1)
Students must know and demonstrate all previous belt testing requirements.
Successful completion of all basic physical requirements, Student Worksheet
and excellent written communications within their portfolio. 2)
WTF Pattern - All Tae Geuk Patterns through Tae Geuk Sahm (Nr of steps
and its meaning) 3) ITF Pattern - Wyon
Hyo (17 steps). Meaning and number of steps. Chun Gi through Won Hyo Tul.
4) Green
Belt One Steps - 6TH Green 5)Demonstrate
all stances, blocks, hand strikes, kicking and proper punching techniques requested. 6)
Eight classes each month or more for three months prior to testing. 7)
Hap Ki Do self defense techniques - Basic Kibon Sool 1 -5 8)
All green belt ranked students must attend the Friday evening fitness training
class on the Friday evening prior to the Saturday promotional test. 9)
Knowledge of all Korean terminology
requested. 10)
What green belt means and how it relates to your life. 11) Promotional
test application and fee handed in prior to testing date. 12) Any other
information which is given during class. 13)
Completed ALL criteria requirements during Friday nights session prior to Saturdays
