Meaning: Growth

Testing Requirements

1) Students must know and demonstrate all previous belt testing
requirements. Successful completion of all basic physical requirements,
Student Worksheet and excellent written communications
within their portfolio.

2) WTF Pattern - Tae Geuk Sahm Jung (20 steps - Fire and Sun)
4 long front stances / 14 short front stances. Meaning and number of steps.

3) ITF Pattern - Wyon Hyo (17 steps). Meaning and number of steps.

4) Green Belt One Steps - 6TH Green

5)Kuk Sool Hap Ki Do Techniques:

11) All green belt ranked students must attend the Friday evening fitness training class on the Friday evening prior to the Saturday promotional test.
