Chun Be (left foot moves)

Left foot step foward long front stance - frontal strike - kiyap

Pivot on left foot 180° into Pum Sugi stance (right foot) head strike (right hand) (you will be facing the back position)

Step forward with left foot, pivot around 180° on right foot into back stance and head strike 3 times (right hand). (you will be facing front position again)

Left foot slides by right foot and to the left into back stance and head strike again, then frontal stike and switch.

As Juhl Bong is switched to left hand, rotate body 180° to the right (slide right foot to right just a little motion) and left hand head strike.

Step left foot forward into long front stance and frontal strike.

Switch Juhl Bong into right hand and rotate body 1/4 to right into Ke Mar Sa stance, head strike, frontal strike.

Switch Juhl Bong to left hand as you pivot on the right foot 180° into back stance and left hand strike.

Switch to right hand, step forward (left foot, back stance) and head strike.

Step forward into long front stance and frontal strike.

Switch to left hand (left foot) step into back stance, head strike, turn into long front stance, frontal strike.

Switch to right hand, head strike, frontal strike, around the back, around the nect, over right shoulder, over left shoulder.

Step forward, barrow.
