Yul Guk

1) Lt foot steps to Lt, KEE-MAR-SAE stance, Rt fist goes out in front, Lt fist to belt; Lt palm heel pushing forward, draw Rt fist back to belt, counting "6," then double punch.

2) Bring Lt foot in, Then right foot steps to the right KEE-MAR-SAE stance. Rt palm heel pushing forward, bring Lt fist to the belt counting to "6," then double punch.

3) Rt. Foot steps in and the out 1/8 turn to the Rt, RT LONG FRONT STANCE/RT BACK FIST.

4) LT FRONT KICK /into LONG FRONT STANCE/DOUBLE PUNCH, Lt fist first.

5) Bring feet together, fists to chest, facing front, then 1/8 turn to Lt. LTLONG FRONT STANCE/LT BACK FIST.

6) RT FRONT KICK/into LONG FRONT STANCE/DOUBLE PUNCH, Rt fist first.

7) Rt foot moves to front BACK STANCE RT KNIFE HAND/ LT HAND/RT PUNCH (KI-HARP.)

8) LT BACK STANCE/LT KNIFE HAND/RTKNIFE HAND LT PUNCH (KI-HARP0

9) STEP FORWARD RT LONG FRONT STANCE RT MID SECTIONPUNCH (KI-HARP.0

10) LT SIDE KICK/LT LONG FRONT STANCE/ELBOW THRUST/turn toward the back into fighting stance RT JUMPING SIDE KICK/ ELBOW THRUST/ RT LONG FRONT STANCE.

11) Bring Rt foot to Lt, ¼ turn to Lt, LT BACK STANCE/LT KNIFE HAND OUT BLOCK/RT KNIFE HAND RISING BLOCK.

12) RT LONG STANCE/RT SPEAR HAND THRUST.

13) ½ turn to Rt, RT BACK STANCE/ RT KNIFE HAND OUT BLOCK/LT KINFE HANDRISING BLOCK.

14) LT LONG FRONT STANCE/ LT SPEAR HAND THRUST.

15) Bring feet together, fists to chest, LT FOOT LONG FRONT STANCE/LT OUT BLOCK/ RT PUNCH.

16) RT LONG FRONT STANCE,RT OUT BLOCK/ LT PUNCH.

17) LT FOOT FRONT KICK step down into TWIST STANCE/ LT BACK FIST (KI-HARP.)

18) ¾ turn to Lt. RT BACK STANCE/ UNIFORM BLOCK.

19) ½ turn to Rt. LT BACK STANCE/ UNIFORM BLOCK. (KI-HARP)
