Basic Testing
Requirements
1)
Students must know and demonstrate all previous belt testing requirements from
White Belt through Sixth Green Belt. 2) WTF Pattern - White Belt
WTF Hyungs through Tae Geuk Sahm Jang. (Nr. of steps and its meaning).
3) ITF Pattern - Yul-Guk Hyung (link
to web site form). Meaning and number of steps. Chung Gi through Yul Guhk
Tul. 4) Fifth Green Belt One Steps. 5)
Nine self defense techniques against wrist grabs and clothing grabs. 6)
Bong Hyung: Jung Bong Hyung and proper bong twirling. Bong Pyurgi Form. 8)
*Attendance and completion of Friday night fitness/pre-test prior to Saturday
promotional test. 9)
Excellent class attendance, school report card, and home/community behavior. No
in school suspensions and NO below average grades. 10) Promotional
test application and fee paid prior to promotional test date.
11) Any other information which is given during class. 12)
Must complete the Friday evening training, prior to Saturday testing. Friday
evening training session begins at 5:00 P.M. and ends at 9:00 P.M. for those
students younger than twelve years of age. 13)
Students must review their portfolio Fifth Gup to Fourth Purple belt rank
